Anyone done it? Did it work? How many days did you do it for? How much of a increase did you notice?

I used to do it every morning on the way to work. I didn't notice a huge increase, but it did keep my supply up.

I did it when my supply got low when DS was around 3 months.  I did it for 3 days in a row, and I did see an increase.
