Had our 1st appointment!

Hi Ladies!!
So yesterday we had our first doctor's appointment and were able to see our little penguin! DH was super excited and was mesmerized by the the sonogram. The doctor said I'm measuring a little bit smaller than 5 weeks but isn't concerned and our due date stays the same at May 26! He said everything looks good but showed some concern about my job. A little background on me, I'm a special education teacher and my students are between 4 and 5 years old. Most of them have behaviors which involve throwing themselves to the floor, hitting, kicking etc. There have been many times where I had to lift the students off the floor more than 10 times a day. Now that I'm pregnant, I need to take a step back and do whats best for my baby and I. I spoke with the para that works with me in the room and she was awesome about it and has been helping me out especially reminding me not to pick them up since it's just habit now and since it's so early I forget sometimes I got a little something growing in me.
Our next appointment is in two weeks and hopefully by then we'll be able to see the heartbeat!!
