Symptoms of teething

My always happy baby has been super fussy the last 2-3 days. Today already he has pooped 4 times ( it's 11am here). Constantly drooling and everything goes in the mouth which is nothing new . Should I assume this is teething or should I take him to the pedi ?

We're in the same boat!  DS pooped like 4 times yesterday and has been fussy.  I'm figuring it's teething, but if you're worried a call to the pedi doesn't hurt.

I've heard from other mamas that baby will have diarrhea right before teeth pop out. My LO was pooping a lot right before teeth came too. He currently has 3 coming in all at once. Poor boy.
