T&Ps please. Cramps and a pgal brain

If you don't mind sharing a few positive vibes I would appreciate it. I can usually tell the difference between bowel and uterus cramps but tonight I have lower back pain to so I'm really not sure what it is. No spotting or bleeding but I am dreading every trip to the bathroom. I've passed my 6 week mc date, I'm 9w5d, but 13 is the real deal. Still have a ways to go. Anyway...please hope for a pgal brain moment with nothing to really be concerned about. Thanks!!!!

I know how worrisome those cramps can be, and I'm sorry you're dealing with that stress. I'm crossing my fingers for you that everything is fine.

Just know that you aren't miscarrying if there isn't any spotting or blood, so the lack thereof is a GOOD sign!

Hey hun, i'm in the same position as you today. Light cramping/back pain and my m/s has really subsided over the last few days. Of course PgAL brain is thinking the worst. I'm just trying to ignore it. I think i'm dehydrated as I've already had a coffee and 2 cups of tea this morning (it's 10:20am) and for the last week or so I've been choking down liquids. Now I can't get enough and I've noticed the cramps have improved. It makes sense that we cramp around this time though. The uterus has to grow to accommodate our growing jelly bean, so I figure that's probably gonna hurt.

Hi Ladies!! Thank you do much for the support. I kind of feel silly because I was lurking on your board from A14 because my due date went from may 1 to April 27 and back to May 1 so I'm not really sure where I fit!! Y'all are so awesome to just support me even though I've never posted. It made me feel great! And the cramping has stopped thank goodness! Y'all are great over here! Thank you again!!
