    Morgan kicks when she's on her back sleeping, just one leg at a time but it sometimes wakes her up.

    It's possible that could be RLS, but I don't know if that is usual at this age.  I have that and so does my dad but I don't think what Morgan does is the same as your LO.  I don't know who could diagnosis this in an infant but mine was done in a sleep test.
