I am,but I'm probably going to do a gender reveal at my baby shower so everyone else is surprised :-O cause I hate surprises lol I'm a planner always planning ahead
DH and I are, but we aren't telling people I'll after the shower. My one friend had a girl first and she ONLY got clothing at her shower. No bottles, no bedding, nothing but frilly pink things.. Poor lady, lol.
We're finding out the first week of October! October 1 I'm getting that blood screening done, and it will take about 3-5 days to get the results. Both DH and I cannot wait! Although we are going to my family's for Xmas, we might reveal to both our parents together in October because my folks are coming out mid month to visit. Then I will only have to keep a secret for a week or so. I'm horrible at surprises.
Yes, definitely! But I will be way behind everyone because we won't be finding out until our baby shower (tentatively planned for January). It will be hard when everyone starts posting "It's a...." posts in the next couple months!
No way! I get the temptation, of course, but we were team green with DD and finding out moments after she was born was magical. I can't imagine anything better, even though the wait is excruciating
Nope. We loved not knowing last time and I honestly had fun with the guessing all the way through. It didn't seem hard to wait at all and the motivation of finding out what it was only helped with the labor! I really loved finding out in that moment. Most of my labor is a blur but those 15 seconds of my dh telling me its a boy and then handing him to me were amazing.
If you do find out I would do what kateleestar is doing and wait to tell anyone. I have heard that happen to many people who reveal the gender. People like to get cute clothes for either gender
I am!! It will be in 7 weeks. Seems like forever away! I will have a reveal party sometime. It will be hard because I will find out around Thanksgiving and I will be with DH's family for that. We'll see how it works out.
oh yes!! I feel like it allows you to really start getting to know your baby before they are born. it lets you prepare better and it helps narrow down names! and honestly finding out at 20 weeks or 40 weeks, when they get here are both exciting and a surprise but to each their own!
We are not finding out until the big day! Not my idea, my husband was very adamant about not finding out. At first I was like no way! Then it kind of grew on me and I figure why not? It will be that much more exciting plus it will probably help with getting more practical gifts instead of all blue or pink clothes. Not that the gifts should be a deciding factor, obviously we would be grateful for anything anyone gives us! I think I can wait. Not that I won't be staring at the ultrasound trying to see if I can figure it out myself! lol (I do have experience with ultrasound, but it's with cats and dogs, but hopefully my trained eyes can catch a human baby's anatomy!)

We are definitely finding out! Twins was a surprise enough! Since it's they're our firsts I want to know what others can get us for showers as well without the hassle of neutral everything.
