New to IVF quick question please

I am 29 years old am doing my first cycle of IVF and had my baseline scan/ blood work last Monday. I started stims on Friday and went in for blood work today. The nurse called me and told me my E2 numbers have jumped from 42 last week to 448 today. Is that good? Bad? I was supposed to go every other day but was told I need to be there tomorrow morning for an ultrasound. I'm trying to stay away from Google as it never seems to do anything but stress me out any advise would be greatly appreciated.

    Your estrogen is supposed to rise so that's good. They are having you come in for an ultrasound to check on you follicle sizes. You will get a better picture of things tomorrow after you us.

    Yes it is supposed to go up!! FX for a good number of follicles tomorrow! Lol google is so evil sometimes! I stress myself out with it all the time! 8-}

    Had an U/S today have 19 follicles already and on day 5 of meds. Told me I was getting close to being an over achiever lol
