LO suddenly not sttn

LO has been pretty good about sttn since he was 3 months. Typically sleeps 10 to 11 hours. Now, all of the sudden, he is waking up about 1 or 2 and won't go back down. This has happened 4 of the last 5 nights. Last night he got up at 2:30 and would not go back down until 6. And he is not sick or teething--which are usually the only times he wakes up. Any thoughts or suggestions?
IF DX: DOR & Fragile X pre-mutation carrier
2011: FSH 13.3 & E 99; AMH 0.54 2nd FSH 6.2 E 40's AFC: 8
BFP from Clomid/IUI ~ Pre-e and IUGR during pregnancy ~ DS born 9/4/12
Feb./March 2013: AMH less than 0.16 (undectable) and AFC = 4;
BFP from supps ~ DS#2 due May 2014

    Are you sure his molars aren't trying to come in?

    IUI#3 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP!

    beta #2 11/28 = 2055
    Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!
    Surprise, our 2nd daughter P was born 5/22/14!

    Well, he doesn't have any of the other teething signs he typically gets. And he only has about 6 or 7 teeth so I think he still has a few more to get first.

    I recently read about a big sleep regression around 12/13 mos due to all the mobility/cognitive milestones they hit around this time. My boys have had a few of those nights recently and that's about all I can think of.
    TTC in 2009, Dx: Unexplained IF
    Three TI cycles (BFP...miscarriage), five IUI attempts and 2.5 IVF cycles later...BFP!!
    12dp5dt: 765; 15dp5dt: 1979; 17dp5dt: 3379...TWINS!!!!!
    Our perfect baby boys were born at 36w1d!!

    No problem! It looks like naps may be more affected at this age, but it could be the issue. GL!

    E only has 6 teeth too, 2 on bottom, 4 on top. But her molars are definitely coming in. Sorry he's not sleeping well, that sucks.

    I have heard this as well. DS didn't sleep through the night until he was 14 months anyway so I have no experience with this, but I have heard it.

    ETA: GL and I hope he starts STTN again for you soon.

    He has been better the last two nights.  He has stirred, but went back to sleep quickly and at least not gotten up where we had to do the entire change/feed/play thing that takes 2 hours. 

    One thing that I did was I went up a size in his overnight diapers.  They are literally way bigger than what he should need according to weight, but I think maybe they hold a little more.
