If you had the option to buy homemade baby food would you?

There are a lot of benefits to homemade baby food, but not everyone has the time. I was wondering how many of you would purchase homemade baby food at a farmers market if it was available.

I would!  Preferably organic.  I would pay more than I would for store bought, but still would have to be reasonable.
