Anyone use progesterone vag supp. with ivf?

Hi girls,

 I haven't been on here in a long time I'm hoping I choose the right board to post on. This is my 3rd ivf attempt. First attempted we had missed miscarriage and 2nd attempt we had twins. Both ivfs we did pio shots. This time around they have changed me to progesterone supp and estrogen patches. I'm unfamilar with this. I was wondering if anyone was been told any certain instructions like laying down so supp stay in or walking around like i had to do for hour after shots to be more effective. The nurse I had the last couple times was a great resource but no longer works there, new nurse said it didn't matter how much stayed in she thought some would absorb. I feel nervous about the change and would appreciate any tips or good stories. tia!

I used supps for my IVF that resulted in my son. I just inserted before getting dressed, then went about my day as needed. Think of it like a tampon and it should all deposit where it needs to and stay. I was on crinone and never had an issue with it leaking unless I didn't wait until it was all in.

I have them 3 times a day, I just use a liner and there's no problem.  There is definitely some oozing, but that's just the "effervescent" part.  Is it Endometrin?  That's what I'm on.

Thanks girls its the gel one I work overnight so most of the time i'll be taking it n' going to bed. A fellow co worker was told to walk around after it that's why I wasn't sure if I had to stay up and walk around for a hour. I feel much better thanks
