It's ok to back off intensity until things calm down a little. Can you go for a walk/treadmill instead? Make sure to have a small snack before so you don't get too hungry - that seems to make it worse for me. Last time around, I felt less symptoms the more I exercised, but I know it's hard to do.
I did my kickboxing class last night and had some light-headedness. Instead of going at my normal "10", I scaled it back to a "7" and then felt fine. Try grapefruit before you work out. I read somewhere that can help with the nausea.

It hit me 27 mins into the elliptical last night. I also almost fell asleep while on it. I guess I'll just keep doing as much as I can without falling off machines and vomiting.
