Update On FINALLY Seeing the RE and PROVERA ?'s

Good Afternoon, Ladies!  Hope you all are well!

DH and I finally made the leap and went to see the RE.  Now, as I mentioned before this is a whole new office for us from #1 since it has been 3 years and a couple moves ago and I was quite nervous.  HE WAS AWESOME.  Hands down, awesome.  He is right on the same page with me and is pretty much willing to let me call the shots on what course of treatment we would like to take to a certain extent.  Since I responded well to Clomid before he is confident I should again.  So, we are doing Clomid + Ovidrel + Timed Intercourse.  I decided to try 2 cycles of Timed BD as opposed to jumping straight to an IUI this time.  I am feeling pretty hopeful and optimistic... and surprisingly calm.

However, he did start me on Provera yesterday since AF hasn't shown herself for 3 months.  I took my first pill last night and woke up this morning with a migraine.  Is this just a coincidence or is this a normal Provera s/e?  Also, if you took Provera, how many days did it take for AF to show?  TIA ladies I appreciate all of your help and support!

I took it for 10 days got AF like 3-4 days after and no symptoms. Good luck!

Thank you!  I am hoping maybe AF will come a little early if this headache is from the meds!!

I usually take provera for 7-10 days and then I usually get my period about 3 days after I stop.  GL!

Potentially dumb question...

Is it OK to take Tylenol or Motrin while taking the Provera?  This headache is getting intense.  TIA

Hi hjhmomma, i just started Provera on Monday for the first time and I had a headache the next day, but since then I haven't had one.  Thank you for asking the question about when AF, I was curious about that! Good luck with everything!
