I have been fortunate so far that I have just done a lot of gagging but nothing really comes up until today... It was mainly bile but there was some blood mixed in (not a lot). Have any of you experienced a little blood while throwing up? I am hoping it was from my sinuses and nothing to worry about but it was a little scary to see. I called the doctor to be on the safe side but I haven't heard back and figured I would bounce it off you, Ladies! TIA!

Yeah I had some blood in my vomit last week, I had thrown up a few times (over the week before), mostly I'd had dry heaving and gagging. It was pretty much the same situation as yours, I hadn't had any food yet that day so it was just stomach acid/bile. I called my Doctor and they said as long as it wasn't a lot of blood not to worry, it was most likely a ruptured blood vessel from the dry heaving. Since then I try to have something in my stomach in the mornings to throw up, (the vomiting has gotten much worse for me in the last 2 weeks) cause I'd prefer that over stomach acid. I know that a lot of women have more nose bleeds when they are pregnant and if thats you it may be blood from post nasal drip? I'll be thinking about you!!!
