Jackson is still in the nicu but getting a little better every day. He will hopefully be getting his chest tube out tomorrow. We got to love on him a little today and he opened his eyes for a few minutes. It absolutely made my day.
Brayden came home from the NICU on Sunday. He had his first pediatrician appointment today and they want him to gain more weight so I have to supplement more formula. He was 4 lb 13 oz when he was born and 4 lb 7 oz since he left the hospital.
Naomi came home from the NICU on Sunday, so we're working to get into a routine. Although the NICU had her on an excellent routine, so we're maintaining it. When we left on Sunday she was weighing 5 lbs 5 oz. She'll have her first pediatrician appt in the morning.

Elliott is doing great. He sleeps pretty much all day. Breastfeeding has been a challenge because his mouth is a little small and he can't stay awake long enough to eat. I've been pumping a lot and we've been supplementing so he keeps gaining weight. Big sister hasn't had any adjustment issues yet. She gives him big smiles and pats his head occasionally, but otherwise just ignores him. My mom has been here and helping TONS. She's going home Thursday or Friday and I anxious about not having the extra help. Overall, we are adjusting to life with a newborn faster than we did when our daughter was born.
Savannah is on day 15 of her NICU stay. She had two blood transfusions over the weekend and just finished her third round of phototherapy. She just developed a nasty case of thrush in her mouth which I'm also being treated for! Yuck! Pumping around the clock, working on breast feeding which she isn't very interested in but bottles are going well. Today she was moved from her isolette to an open crib! Big step. I'm hoping to take her home in a week but its dependent on her Thursday lab results. All in all she's making progress, but we are SO ready to get home.
