Pressure in uterus?

It kinda feels like cramps but it's more like a dull pressure in my lower abdomen.  I don't remember feeling this with DS.  Is anyone else having this?  I couldn't even sleep on my tummy last night because it was uncomfortable.  I'm only 4weeks!  Maybe things just stretch a lot faster the second time around?  My hips were also killing me and I had to pull out my pregnancy pillow.  Feels kinda early to have to be doing that!

I'm 7 weeks and uncomfortable. I have a constant pressure in my lower abdomen. My best guess is gas. I can feel it moving around. My hips hurt too, in so investing in a pregnancy pillow soon. I can't get comfortable at night to sleep.
