Colace is Amazing! TMI

I've been having trouble going to the bathroom as in not pee. And my doctor recommended Colace. They have a laxative and a stool softener. My dr said the stool softener was best. It's been about 4-5 days since I've gone & I took 1 pill last night and 1 pill this afternoon and have FINaLLy had some "movement" I know there are a few of you out there that are having the same issues so I thought I would pass on the info.

I tried prune juice tonight. I was shocked it worked so fast. Not the best tasting stuff but its a life saver.

Metamucil has been my savior so far!! But good to know colace works too.

Wait until after birth. You will love your stool softener more than you thought possible.

I am going to get Colace tomorrow. I thought maybe it was just a fluke that I am constipated since I wasn't constipated last time.

I came out of the bathroom last night champion style with my fist in the air and said to my DH " I pooped!" You would of thought I was a 2 year old potty training waiting for my reward. Lol it's the little things
