    GTKY: Do you follow any special eating guidelines? Paleo, low carb, or something else? I try to limit processed foods, including white sugar and flour. I'm not very strict about anything honestly.

    GTKY: Do you follow any special eating guidelines? Paleo, low carb, or something else? I'm not a nazi about it but our house is pretty clean when it comes to food. Only whole grains, no yellow or red dyes and no high fructose corn syrup. There's a stash of pizza rolls in the freezer though lol.
