Advice needed- bad cramps after "o" in a dream!

Ok, this is kind of embarrassing, but twice during this pregnancy (I'm 6wks today!) and multiple times during my last pregnancy (mc at 7 1/2 wks) its happened. Sunday morning I had a dream I was "getting frisky" with DH and started to have an O in the dream, only to wake and have the worst cramping feeling. Last pregnancy it seems like it didn't last as long but maybe I'm stressing mprethid time around and making it worse. I'm trying not to think about it. This time around I try to drand up and walk it out but I almost black out then my ears rinf and I make it back to bed to let it calm down. Anyone have this peoblwm? Dr. said cramping can be normal. Never made me spot or anything. Just stresses me out! Any help or insight is appreciated!

Why is that embarrassing? I've noticed increased cramping after orgasm, as well.

If you think about it, orgasms make the muscles in that area contract. It's already under a bit of strain so I'm not surprised it causes cramps. I would get checked out if you get blackout cramps again though, just as a precaution.

The funny thing is, orgasms are actually recommended to help relieve premenstrual cramps and it totally works for me. Different cramps, I guess.

I am trying not to worry about it. Since it only happens when I'm pregnant and I miscarried in April its still in the back of my mind as a possible issue. Wanted to see if anyone has had the same issue. I appreciate the feedback guys!

If I were you I'd be peed off that I was getting frisky with DH in my dream. I can do that anytime! Grant me a bit of fun when I'm asleep! Give me a fantasy man!

I have no advice for you. But Dude. I'm jealous that you O in your dreams. My frisky dreams end before it gets that far.

How come I never get the cool symptoms

I get that cramping after big O too. Totally normal, even though it freaks me out.
