Spotting

So i had a tiny amount of red spotting today and the other day, and some pinkish stuff the week before. I see alot of women on here that say brown is good and i should be worried about red. Is this normal? its a small amount and it was after sex. so is this normal or should i be worried? Im 6 weeks tomorrow

My doctors office said it is normal to have a little bit of spotting after sex. I had a little bit of red spotting at 4w5d (not after sex) and called my doctor, I was also concerned because it was red. She told me to call back if it continued, but generally if it's a complication of the pregnancy it usually doesn't stop. Good luck!

Spotting isn't normal but it is very common, especially after sex. Your cervix is much more sensitive in pregnancy. If it stops, you likely have nothing to worry about. Call you dr if it continues, increases, or is accompanied by bad cramping. (I'd guess its from the sexy time though!)
