Vega one

Does anyone know if its ok to drink vega one? I love it but forgot to ask the doc so I haven't been using it this week. Not sure if its somehow too much vitamin content. Any thoughts?

    I had the same thought, and also forgot to ask my doctor.  I was drinking them almost daily before I got KU (and while BFing) so I'll continue to drink them.  Do you mean too much vitamin on top of your prenatal?

    Yes I'm taking prenatal additionally. I just want to ask because its unusual I think to get that many vitamins from food so I just want to be sure. I'm guessing its fine though.
