I am 38. I workout 4-5 times a week. I teach tabata/muscle class 1 day a week. I am 5 months PP.
today I worked out with a coworker at the gym at work. We did a HIIT traning dvd. 40 minutes muscle and HIIT intervals. she is 26.
I did the whole thing and she had a hard time finishing!
God I felt so good. I also find this in my classes the younger ones cant keep up.
age is just a number and I always said I feel better than I did when I was in my 20s!
anyone find this to be true as well?
