Hi everyone!
My name is Grace, I'm at FTM, live in Miami Lakes but will be delivering at Memorial Hospital West.
I have been going to prenatal yoga classes Saturday mornings at the memorial fitness center in Hollywood.
The instructor is awesome and the class is only $15 for non members (monthly membership $39)
More Broward mommies should try it! I leave every Saturday feeling amazing and relaxed!
