GIRL!!! I knew it! This pregnancy has just been so different (read so much harder) than the one with my son that I knew it was a girl. Great A/S - she said everything looked great with baby and my cyst is totally gone now. According to the U/S Tech there is no reason she can see at this point to bring me back in for more scans which is great news becasue with DS I had scans every 3-4 weeks due to a kidney problem. It was such a relief to hear everything was good.
Appointment afterwards was good. DH was there (first appointment he has been to) and he and the doctor kinda ganged up on me to start taking Zofran. So I am getting that filled today and we will see how it goes. I have just heard good and bad things about it and cant afford to take something that may make me feel worse. My reasoning for not wanting it was that I feel crummy but I am still able to function and am not throwing up all the time, just feeling nauseous a lot. I already have no energy and deal with constipation and i don't want a medicine that may make those things worse when I am functioning now. Anyone with experiences let me know how it went for you.

I only took Zofran for about 2 weeks and quit it. It really helped that terrible nasueous feeling and puking maybe 2 or 3 times when I took it... but I had to stop because the side effects weren't worth it to me. It makes you constipated so that makes me feel even more bloated and naseous than I was anyways ... and it gave me bad headaches. I was very grateful for the nausea relief at first but if you use it regularly the side effects weren't worth it. Maybe keep it on hand for those really intense moments you need relief or you won't be able to get through the day or a task you need to do but other than that try and stick it out -- might as well try it and see if it works for you :0)
