Ava didnt sleep good last night and hasn't had a good nap all day, her nose is stuffy I'm sitting topless at MIL house doing laundry. She ate and fell asleep so I'm sitti g with my boob out ina weird position afraid shell wake up if I move. Thankfully Nobody is home!

Additional confession: 

I let LO comfort nurse to fall asleep. My pedi advised against letting LO use me as a paci, but since MH lost LO's only soothie (the only paci she will tolerate), I'll do just about anything to get her to nap.

Also, she eats a little while comfort nursing, and I don't burp her after. That would wake her up and defeate the purpose. Does. Not. Care.

I'm guilty of this too, right now, she isn't elevated and it might mean throw up later but she hasn't slept since her 6 ht stretch last night

All day today if I hear LO toot and it sounds like he made a number 2 I've asked DH to do me a favor and change LO for me. This has resulted in him having all the poo diapers today and getting peed on twice. I think he is on to me....and I feel slightly guilty now.

@tanabeans Can you just put lo in a sleep gown or romper that buttons all the way down? Might be easier than a whole outfit with onesie.

We were at mil and I only had a onsie, she woke up in her own anyway cuz she can't breath well. So I put the onsie on while ah was already pissed. Then some booby and into the car seat she went

My confession is that I can multitask a lot better than dh thinks I can while taking care of DS. When dh gets home from work, he gets me whatever I need while I'm nursing or soothing DS. I just figure why walk to the kitchen with DS attached to my boob (which I do when home alone) if dh will just bring me a bottle of water or whatever else I want. Yea, he's my bitch sometimes. :-\"

Before I found out I was pregnant I accused H of cheating. When I found out I was I was like I'm not crazy I'm pregnant lol.

I told DH that I don't have time to take the dog out during the day so he will get off his butt and do it. He used to leave in the morning for work without taking the dog out but now he hasn't missed a day. I could take the dog but it is more difficult with a 6 week old in tow.

I had the same reaction.  when she was on the table being checked MH was in tears and I'm just laying the in the hospital bed like nothing happened no big deal.  They laid her on my chest and I didn't know what to do.  I've since fallen in love with the girl but it wasn't that reaction at first sight.

We are much more lax about watching DS (23months) when at home now that DD is here. Three times today he took major spills (though one of them I was next to him for but was bfing so couldn't get him fast enough). One was off the bed, one was off the kitchen bench and the third was down the stairs. The worst part is that he just started to say his name this week and his first few "sentences" using his name have been about "Logan boo boo head." :-(
