XP: Baby Bargains?

Has anyone used this book to help them register? My cousin recommended it but I wanted to see if anyone else used it or had any luck with it.

I have a copy, and it has a ton of useful information. The only thing that I'd recommend is getting the actual paper version and not the e-book. The electronic version is a pain, particularly when you want to search for something.

DH's cousin just gave me the newest copy of BB a couple of weeks ago. I am finding it VERY helpful. Someone mentioned the paper copy over e-book and I'd agree. I couldn't imagine trying to flip back and forth on my Kindle! Blech.

I also spent about 2 hours one day looking up everything on Lucie's List (another PP mentioned this) and it was so helpful I was almost in tears. Hooray hormones.

Just to add to what everyone already metnioned...I loved this book, It gave me a great insight of what is and isnt all that neccesary! I loved their "Good, Better and Best" sections for different brands!!

I LOVE Baby Bargains and Lucie's list! I found the book crazy helpful for reading all the different brand reviews and Lucie's list was great for other practical things too...less options or recommendations.  The book has almost everything whereas Lucie's List is more of a snapshot.

I used the old edition in 2008 when pregnant with DS1 and LOVED it. I found it very helpful and very in-depth. Had the paper version.
