I love the spelling Raina, but I am meh on Reina. The fact that it means 'queen' in Spanish give it more of a stuck-up/princessy feel to me. I feel like Raina is a bit more grounded and down-to-earth because it's more associated with nature, not royalty.
I cringe. I hate the spelling, prefer to see "Reyna" and it also makes me think of a self-absorbed tween, even though it's a traditional name. I get that it's an actual name, but I couldn't name my kid "queen".
I have loved this name since I was a girl. A nurse who worked at the same place as my mom was from the Czech Republic and her name was Rayna. I still like that spelling the best and never heard of the Reina spelling till recently. This is a guilty pleasure name for me though.

But it's a lovely name, and a great alternative to Regina, tough I prefer it spelt Raina.
Eh, it's NMS. I would assume her whole name was Lorena if I heard "Reina" somewhere (and I'm usually not the type to think NNs "need" full names).
Looking at it, I intuitively pronounce it "ree-nuh," but the correct pronunciation is really learn-able.
