Does anyone have to thicken DC's milk?

We have to thicken DS's milk because we found out he is aspirating when he drinks.  I was just wondering if anyone else has to do this?  It's such a PITA, and I was so looking forward to transitioning to milk and not have to deal with mixing formula.  But we still have to mix thickener into his milk (or any other liquid), and it's just as time consuming as formula.

And, it gives him nasty runny poops!
