Just in case anyone else has been on the lookout for a good deal on the Keyfit I just scored one from Babies R Us online for $150 instead of $200! The pattern seems super gender neutral and like it will hide dirt and grime fairly well and I like that it comes with a cover for the bottom and the canopy expands farther than the normal Keyfit.
