Yes! I read today in one of my health magazines that eating a slice of whole wheat toast with peanut butter and honey before bed helps with insomnia. I haven't tried this yet, but I def plan to!
I tend to fall asleep easily at 10, but I fall asleep on the couch. So, when I move, I have to pee. The time after that is the hardest to get back to sleep. I'm so tired I can't keep my eyes open, but I can't get to sleep anyway. I usually have to pee again before I get back to sleep.
My last pregnancy I would wake up at 3:00 on the dot at least twice a week and not be able to sleep. I would lay on the couch and watch old Law & Order SVU episodes. I got through the entire series that way! But the funny thing is, the very last time that happened, it ended up being labor. I joke that it was my body's way of prepping me for that very important early wake-up.
