I feel like I have to breathe deeply, and I run out of breath quickly. it's annoying! I knew of this symptom in the 3rd tri but not at 7wks. Anyone else have this going on?
I notice it only at the end of the day when carrying my 32lb 2yo up a flight of stairs. Otherwise I'm okay, even running. But, the fact that it happens does not suprise me- our bodies are working hard.
I had the same problem when I was carrying last year and I thought it was just because of my allergies well after i miscarrie it continued...turns out my allergies turned into asthma when I got pregnant. My doctor said it usually works the opposite way when your preggers didn't happen that way for me unfortunately

Carrying my 2yo up the stairs has me very out of breath too. I know it's going to get worse
Mmmm... I have a vague memory of this. I think shortness of breath was caused by heartburn for me. Or at least I felt out of breath but I really just was inflamed. I hope it gets better soon. Take it easy!
Oh yes me. I feel like a huge person that can't walk to the kitchen without losing wind. I won't even touch on how I feel like I'm going to die after sex.
Right here! I walk to and from work. By the time I get to work I've got to go up stairs. By the time I'm walking home there's an incline AND stairs. (No elevators) I'm always short of breath since pregnant. Started halfway through week 6
I wouldn't say short of breath like I'm gasping and my lungs aren't working properly... but I get out of breath (like i'm just way out of shape) when I climb stairs... much more so than I used to.
