If you use Unisom, make sure it's the Doxylamine Succinate version. There is also an Equate sleeping pill, & if it's Doxy Succinate, it's the safe one. The other Unisom & Equate ones are not, so watch the ingredients.
Regular Tylenol is ok, too.
