HUGE kudos to Thirsties

When I started my CD adventure I was SO excited about Thirsties Duo diaper (the pocket kind).  I wanted them to work for me so badly that I think I was in denial there for a few! jaja However, after using them for about 2 months, I absolutely despised them.  They constantly leaked on me (sometimes literally) and I tried everything they suggested to troubleshoot.  Nothing worked and I felt like I was just going to be screwed until my daughter outgrew them.

I called Thirsties again and told them that while I completely loved their Duo Wrap snaps (the covers), I could not say the same for the pockets.  The representative told me that they would never want a customer to feel terrible about their products and under no circumstances did they want a family to have a hard time Cding their child.

Here came the unbelievable part...

She told me that they would do a dollar for dollar exchange for my diapers so that I could be happy with my CDing experience.  I almost dropped the phone I was in so much shock.  I gushed thank you's and this is so wonderful's till my tongue hurt.  I also told them that I have a big mouth and would pass on to every person who would listen how awesome their customer care is.

SO...Thirsties??...Yeah...YOU ROCK!!!
