I kept reading that eating saltine crackers in bed before you even stand up in the mornings really helps morning sickness. Well, I have felt pretty nauseous every morning this week and it lasts through the day. Yesterday, I tried eating the crackers and I never really felt nauseous at all that day. I ate crackers again this a morning and so far so good!
It helps me a little bit. I feel ok for most of the morning, but the nausea has been coming back a little later (really whenever I felt hungry). Glad to hear it is helping you!
