when a recipe calls for beer...

can we substitute with the lovely o'douls or accept that some alcohol will cook off and go for the real deal?  I looking at fondue recipes.

Some of the alcohol will cook out, depending on how high and how long its cooked at. 

But use the real. If you are thinking of o'douls you might as well use water!

Yes we always make beer bread! The alcohol cooks out (but that's all I've made recently with beer)

I made a pineapple grill glaze last night with jack daniels in it. It was delicious. The alcohol cooks off so don't worry
