S/O stretch marks -- tattoos

Whose got 'em in high stretching areas? I have both of my sides tattooed. One is a lengthy quote in rather small script. I'm thinking it's going to look like a piece of paper that was drenched in water after the pregnancy. Any STMs have tattoos that held up ok, or ones that were destroyed? I love both of mine, so I'm hoping they will bounce back. It really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things, and there's nothing I can do about it now, but I'm wondering.

FTR, I wasn't planning on ever having children at the time of either tattoo (4 and 1.5 years ago). Baby was a happy surprise that I never knew I wanted until I saw those unmistakable lines.

I have one on my hip. Honestly, given how badly my stomach stretched with my first... it came out OKAY. It needs to be touched up and I have a c-section scar that just barely goes into it but it could have been worse. I hope it comes out on the other end of this pregnancy. I guess it really all depends on your skin.

I have one on my hip/ribs that I'm curious to see how it will come out after this. So far nothing but I will keep ya posted once January rolls around ha

I have a huge side piece that stretches from my bum, around my side, and up to my boob. I'm terrified of how it will look in 10-15 weeks! I also have smaller ones lower on my pelvis that could stretch. I have a lot of tattoos and did NOT plan them around getting pregnant at some point lol I planned them around having to be a professional some day.

Same, @Deblondie1...I'm very particular about all of mine being hidden. I have one on my lower ride side on my back/hip, so three in total. The quote is pretty narrow, but long. The piece on my left side isn't detailed, but it's large. It's actually a really simple fairy that I drew (I know, I know -- to me it represents youthful beauty and vibrance...so one day when I'm old, I can look back and be depressed that nothing is in the same place it used to be ). I told DH it's going to look like a swamp creature post-partum.

I'm also really weird in that they either can't be seen from the same angle or must coordinate some how. I love tattoos and would like more, but I'm running out of canvas space if I don't want them to be seen in professional-wear.

i have a small hip tattoo as well as a long script tattoo that goes all the way down my right side to my hip so far they look fine and i am currently 18 weeks pregnant they do say if your younger your skin bounces right back post pregnancy.

I have a large tattoo on my hip and even though I got tons of stretch marks from my first, it looks fine. It has a very small stretch mark in it but it isn't noticeable.
