Drying up at 5 months??

Ladies, I am so upset and so desperate for help!! I have been EBF for five months and everything has been fine! Yesterday at work I pumped and got about half of what I normally get on a work day, then when I got home it seemed like LO was getting absolutely nothing and was starving all night! I ended up giving him two bottles from my freezer stash because he was acting starving and I had no milk at all!

I just finished a three day course of IV solumedrol (a steroid). I have no idea if this has anything to do with it, but I don't know what else it could be!

I pumped after each bottle and got hardly anything. This morning he refused to nurse so I pumped and got NOTHING. I am freaking out and so incredibly scared that I am drying up. Please tell me there is something I can do to regain my supply!!!

All of the above, great advice.

I go through occasional dips in supply at work but it always seems to come back.
