**I realize a lot of June 12 mamas are pregnant again. Please feel free to still check in if you want. Some mamas on the CD board use the check-in as a way to help maintain a healthy weight gain with pregnancy.**

    GTKY: What is your favorite ab strengthening exercise? I loved to do yoga before DS was born. I'd love to find a way to do it at home now, but I'm not sure I could follow a DVD with good form.
