CS Review: Avoid Babydoll Bedding

Bad Customer Service:

I'm looking at crib bedding today and wanted to check out the BabyDoll bedding brand. Google has their site marked as a site that may install malicious software so naturally I did not click through to the website.

Instead I saw their phone number in the listing and gave them a call asking what it is on their website Google considers harmful. The CSR rep could not answer my question and advised me not to use Google. I tried to explain my question further and she wasn't understanding so I asked to speak to somene who would.

She transferred me to a manager who was so brusque; "Who is this?" "My name is Mitzie and I'm a prospective customer." "You're what?" He couldn't answer my question either and told me if I can help him to call him back. 

I guess that's one manufacturer to cross off my list.

    Wow that is super insane. I got my baby bedding from, www.mothernursery.com. They have excellent customer service and great sales. If you can't tell already, I am a huge fan. It may be worth checking out.
