UPDATED : need someone to tell me it's needless worry...

I just went to the bathroom and there was very light brown spotting. No pain (just what feels like gas, and a little burning like a uti). I'm 9 weeks along. I know this can be normal, I guess I'm just hoping to hear it from someone else. I don't want to call the drs office again because I've called 2x for other ridiculous reasons and I'm starting to feel like "that patient"


So I called the Dr at the prompting of my husband and other pregnant friends. And he is on vaca but his nurse advised me to come to the hospital so that I won't worry all weekend (she actually said its what she would do). So we are two hours in to our wait for a sonogram. .. just looking for some prayers please

don't worry brown is normal.

Brown is normal, but if you start bleeding red, passing clots and filling a pad in an hour you need to call the doctor.

Brown is normal, but if you want piece of mind call your dr. They are there for a reason and should ease your worries! Don't worry about being "that patient", they are suppose to help

I am also 9 weeks and started spotting brown today. I am relieved to read everyone's responses!!! I'm still anxious to get in for my ultrasound though. Sending positivity your way!

When do you go for your ultrasound? We had ours last week- was amazing! Good luck! !
