I can't believe I'm the first one around to post this.....being on the West Coast I'm always playing catch up!

I usually post this, but I had to take DS1 to his school bus orientation this morning and just got into the office.  I can't believe he's starting kindergarten next week.  AHHHHHH!

1. 18 weeks today.

2. Fruit?  I hate the fruit thing.  I have no idea.

3. No updates, really.  Just nervous/scared/excited for my anatomy scan TOMORROW.  EEEKKK.

4. I'm most looking forward to the start of fall, DS2 turning ONE (omg!!) and DH's birthday.  Also DS1 is playing soccer again this year, so I'm excited to go to his games.

How many weeks?  21

What kind of fruit are you today?  Banana (although that seems smaller than last weeks cantaloupe!)  I love the fruit thing, it's the only way I can grasp how big baby-lo actually is.

Any updates?  Saw my Dr last week and she was pleased with everything.  Had the second part of my a/s on Tuesday and the tech seemed pleased too so I'm happy.  Oh...and I felt my first kick yesterday - awesome. 

What are you looking forward to in the next month?  Fall.  I know this sounds silly but it's been such a long, hot and sunny summer - I'm looking forward to a grey day here and there, maybe a bit of rain, cooler temperatures, lots of pumpkin (pies, drinks nom nom) and then going to London for work but also to see my sister and my nephews!

What kind of fruit are you today? Papaya

Any updates? Just had our A/S today. We're still team green (yay) and it seems all looks good. (Though sometimes with the cultural and language barriers, it's hard to always know for sure.)

What are you looking forward to in the next month? I'm traveling loads. I leave tomorrow to head back to the States. I'm having a family baby shower this holiday weekend. My brother gets married next weekend. We're in San Diego for DH's work the week after. Babymoon in Barbados the week after that. Back to see my family for a few more days before returning to Belgium at the end of Sept. It's going to be crazy, but hopefully good crazy!

Continuing to monitor for CF, and we think it's a girl! Next u/s to check things out is Sept.26.

I'm most looking forward to when DH can feel kicks, he's so excited, and so adorable about it. I can't wait for his reaction. I really hope it happens in the next month... More seasonally related, the fall is gorgeous up here and I love the mild weather and amazing colors.

1. 21 weeks today! Can't believe I'm on the way back down the hill...

2. Pomegranate? The app says pomegranate but I feel like the ticker doesn't always match.

3. IT'S A GIRL! I still can't believe it. And DH can feel some kicks from the outside now. I go back to finish my A/S next week. She was asleep and would. not. budge. for right side of her heart measurements last week.

4. EVERYTHING THAT IS SEPTEMBER. PSL's, DH's toughest triathlon this season, our first anniversary, riding boots, the weather, etc. All of it.

How many weeks? 20!! Halfway there!

What kind of fruit are you today? I got an e-mail from TB saying banana, but that can't be right if 21 weeks is banana. Hmmm? Oh well!

Any updates? She has been kicking around in there, and yesterday I felt other movement. Like, a rolling sensation, so that was awesome.

What are you looking forward to in the next month? Well we are having our church wedding ceremony and reception on the sixth of September, and I am pretty pumped about that. (Also glad to finally get it over with!!)  My dad thinks I should let the rest of my family know about the baby at the reception, but we shall see if I have the guts...

 We also got a house that we (hopefully) will be moving into soon once we get all the appliances that we can't function without (ie fridge, stove, kitchen sink).

Fun things happening in September!  I hope we start getting some fall weather soon.

@dishylo- YES!  Our appt is at 9:15am and I will suffer throughout the day until 6pm when we have our reveal dinner with immediate family.  The photo shoot will be right at 6, so I'll know around then what we're having.  I still don't know how I got talked in to all this... I really don't want to do it. Ha!

I'll probably post tomorrow night!

Any updates? I was supposed to have an u/s today but I rescheduled it for next week so DH can go also. She kicks a lot, moves a lot, and I am loving it. Yesterday I got tons of clothes with a friend that has a little girl and they are basically new! I loved it! I am FTM but i don't mind if family and friends give me or lend me their baby things, they don't need to be all new...  

What are you looking forward to in the next month? To have DH back from his military training. We miss him.

@MarBee1214 - how exciting, plans already being made for your shower!  I hope somebody throws one for me - more to get all the girls together in one room.  It always amazes me how it takes a big "event" to get people together; weddings, funerals, babies etc.

What kind of fruit are you today? Pomegranate I think... Or a Carrot according to another app I have. I think I also read Spaghetti Squash on 'what to expect'. Those things are all VERY different shapes and sizes... So the whole fruit thing really confuses me. I hope baby girl isn't carrot shaped. Haha!

Any updates? Not this week! Still feeling little kicks in the morning and a few good ones after spicy Thai food last night. Looking forward to DH being able to feel her kick soon!

What are you looking forward to in the next month? Like a lot of you, FALL! Sweaters, boots, PSL's at Starbucks and most of all Painting baby girls nursery!

Any updates? starting to feel like I have an almost normal appetite again and starting to see a little bump in almost all my clothes :P (still feel like a hot mess though)

What are you looking forward to in the next month? My next u/s in a couple weeks! I'm DYING to know what team I'm on. I keep asking my tum "who are you in there?" and I'm not getting a response. Also, I love Fall stuff - the pumkins and the Halloween stuff starting up! (I've been trying to scout out a preggo halloween costume since I found out)

22 weeks today!

I think that's a papaya? Lol

No appointments until the 9th but I may go in earlier to talk to them about contracting. I would just like to have some reassurance that they're not changing my cervix.

So excited for everything fall...cool air, beautiful trees, comfy warm clothes, comfort food, pumpkin spice lattes, holidays, football/hockey, good shows on tv again, my wedding anniversary...etc. Love it!

A carrot, I think? 

Had A/S on Tuesday...all is well and baby was still a boy. I have a regular check up today. Also, found a new OB in MN, so one less thing to worry about. 

I'm looking forward to our 3D scan next week (DH couldn't go to the a/s) and hopefully having a pumpkiny-flavored beverage in the very near future. Also, just getting everything in order and back up to MN so I can start settling in and really getting prepped for my son.

Side note: squeee....I think that's the first time I've said "my son". Sigh.

What kind of fruit are you today? A sweet potato

Any updates? We had our A/S this morning and found out we are TEAM BLUE!  I'm really excited because this was always going to be our last baby, and now we get to have a girl and a boy.

 

What are you looking forward to in the next month? College football starting again, the temperature hopefully dropping below 100 more often, and starting to get DD's old room ready for a little boy!

What are you looking forward to in the next month? I'm very excited to start working on DD's big girl room (hopefully next month). We'll eventually move her nursery furniture into the new baby's room so I need to get started on some projects. We are antiquing an old bedroom set of mine, getting her a twin bed with an iron headboard and all new bedding/decorations. The theme is a romantic, French country look. I'm so excited!

Yup! Just had our anatomy scan #2 this morning and everything looks fantastic!! I have pics here: https://s1313.photobucket.com/user/roxannelaura1/library/  They are 8 oz and 9 oz - so over a lb of baby in there now. 

What are you looking forward to in the next month?

Finally feeling confident enough to buy some cribs and continue to work on the nursery and get the house ready for the guests that will be coming to stay with us when they are born. We are just so thrilled that all looks so good

Any updates? A/S went well. Baby girl was confirmed to be a girl. I think we have decided on a name!

What are you looking forward to in the next month? College football! We have tickets to see the A&M v. Bama game and I'm super excited about it. Whoop!

Also Baby girl is getting an echocardiogram in mid September. I'm hoping the equipment the use is really good and I can watch along. My OB's office uses old equipment and it's never the best picture, so I'm hoping for something a little better. (Trying not to get my hopes up too much though, in case they don't let me see anything.)

What are you looking forward to in the next month? FALL! It is my FAVORITE time of the year! I am sooo excited about all the fun fall stuff that I have planned for this year... plus I am loving the fact that I will look all cute and bumpy! :-)  Also, super excited to get the nursery put together... we are changing out the flooring and painting then it is time to move all of the furniture in (super excited because I finished purchasing it all last night!). I just can't wait to have my Lillie's Pad complete (can you guess what the theme for the nursery is? lol)!

What kind of fruit are you?  Apparently I'm a sweet potato although with all of the peaches I've consumed in the last two weeks I'm pretty sure baby is partially peach at this point

Any updates?  Not really, still waiting to feel movement and my A/S is next Friday so I'll get to see the little one then.

What are you looking forward to in the next month?  My A/S next Friday and finding out the sex so I can go on a mini shopping spree, going to the Jack and Jill Sale and trying to find some good baby gear deals, hanging out more with DH now that harvest is winding down for the summer, and getting to wear some of the fall maternity clothes I've invested in now that the weather is cooling down and I'm finally starting to need to wear my stretchy panels and such.

@Dishylo my name is due to the fact that when I was engaged to DH I was teaching third grade and the boys in my class were convinced that my DH was a ninja (because ninjas are so sneaky that you wouldn't even know andplusalso DH is half Japanese so I got the cool Asian name) and then the farmer part is because he works on a raspberry and blueberry farm.
