Now that DS is more verbal, he's opting to vocalize (read: shout) his desires instead of signing them. Instead of signing "all done," he just claps his hands and announces "Done! Done!" If he wants more food, he yells "Cacka! (cracker)." I make him do the signs just to add a little politeness, so he's not shouting like a little emperor all the time. Anyone else seeing less sign language?
We lost the "cookie" sign for the "medicine" sign this past week. I was beginning to wonder why she was signing "medicine" all the time and soon realized that now means "cookie" too! Ugh...
