Hip Flexors?

Anyone having soreness in their hip flexors? I'm assuming its from my hips spreading...?

I am a side sleeper and have been uncomfortable for the last week - almost like my hip falls asleep. I was wondering if this was pregnancy related or some weirdo hip issue!

I have been experiencing this as well.  I find that sleeping with a pillow between my legs helps with the discomfort

I'm having an occasional sharp pain in kind of the inner crease of my hip/thigh. I guess that's a hip flexor thing. I don't remember it from last time but it hurts!!

Me too! Does it go into your hip too?

Yeah I guess? It's really hard to explain! Glad I'm not the only one. The first few times I was like "surely there's not anything important there . . . "
