Thanks for asking! She's taking it one day at a time. She's pretty religious and is focusing on the good rather than the horrible tragedies she's had to suffer. She has recently posted an article about how living with EDS (what her husband passed from) is terrible. So I guess you could say she's trying to accept that they are both in a better place. Acceptance is hard though, as she wrote in her recent blog post. It's all so unfair. Her family lives nearby and has been very supportive as have all our friends with visiting, calling, meals, etc. I don't know how she has so much strength. I would have fallen apart.
I'm glad to hear she's doing...I don't know if well is the right word. I imagine it will be a long road with lots of ups and downs. Is her blog public? Would you post the link if so?
