A dizzy fog

I wokeup this morning in a dizzy fog,. I slept for 8 hours. I feel dizzy and like I am in a dream. Do you guys know that disconnected medicine head feeling. that is how I feel. It is concerning me. Is anyone else feeling like this. It is making it very difficulty to do my job. I cant even think of what I am trying to say.

I had that last week and it lasted about a week on and off. I felt really lightheaded and just out of it. At times I just had to lay down and close my eyes because it was causing my anxiety to sky rocket. I've read it's normal and due to the increase of blood flow. Hopefully it'll pass quickly for you. I suggest trying to get all the extra rest you can, keep hydrated and snack a lot.
