Ways to get carseat information into community?

Odd question- my community work is limited to work related/ school outreach connections.  I am interested in getting the information out about ERF to my community, but not sure where to start.  

Anyone involved in non profit or other heavily involved community members know where I should start/ who to contact?

Check out Safe Kids. They do a lot with cars eats and community education. They also have a lot of pamphlets and information you can get for free!

@willy_gert, I had no idea we had a Safe Kids office here in town! Thanks for the link.

@ameyer8009- that has been one of our struggles.  There aren't any "crunchy" drs around besides the local health food store.  We just had our first store open up downtown that sells cloth diapers.  Everyone else has been completely taken aback.  

Also- tried joining a mom group... they were a bunch of ninnies.  

ETA: I will check on the car seat thing, again I'm afraid it will be more of the same, "meh, either way".  Thanks for your suggestions!
