Redness Issue

I'm looking for suggestions about how to decrease the redness my LO is experiencing due to her diapers. It's not diaper rash, and it doesn't seem to bother her, but her skin is so red! I use only pocket diapers (Kawaii P&N and BG 4.0). We took a trip over the weekend and used disposables along with Bordeaux's Butt Paste all weekend and the issue really started to resolve. I have continued to use the Butt Paste with a disposable liner but the redness is coming back! I am worried that it's an issue with the detergent we are using (All Free & Clear), but we use the same detergent on her clothes and have had no issue. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?

I would probably switch detergents. Her clothes aren't creating a warm moist environment like her diaper. I could be wrong, but I don't believe all free & clear is cd safe. You may have detergent buildup.

If it is detergent build up, you should do a hot water strip before switching detergents to get it all out.
