that my 4month old could be weaning himself???

He only wants to breastfeed at bedtime. I have to fight him to take it any other time.  It is very frustrating.

Ditto PP. Babies don't self-wean before a year. They may go on a nursing strike, but they won't self-wean.

Actually, most sources say baby won't truly self wean before 2 years at the earliest.

There is a distracted period at 4 months.
