3rd Trimester

Normal or call the dr?

edited August 2013 in 3rd Trimester
I am 32 weeks, yay! Almost there!!! Over this last weekend I have noticed more discharge than normal.. Sometimes clear and sometimes kinda white and I have a leaking feeling here and there nothing serious just like I can't hold my urine but when I try to pee after I feel leaky there is little in there. I have been having some upper abdominal pain like I ate too much and severe nausea too... Plus normal back aches and pregnancy pains. Is all of this part of normal 3rd trimester symptoms?
Sorry for all the detail. Thanks in advance for the advice! :)

Re: Normal or call the dr?

  • This is my first pregnancy, but I would say to call the doc to be safe. Especially if the abdominal pain is coming and going consistently.

  • Sounds pretty normal to me but if you'd be more comfortable calling then call.

  • I am 35 weeks and your symptoms sound exactly like mine so I would say it's pretty normal.  And TMI but I think the leaky feeling is discharge.  I get that as well.  Oh the joys of pregnancy!
  • Sounds normal to me. It all goes downhill from here, lol.

  • It all sounds normal to me but if you are worried call your OB. I don't think any of us are OBs here...

  • I'd call your doctor. It sounds normal to me, but it doesn't hurt to check it out.
  • You will only get more and more. But if you are worried then call the doc. Hang in there it gets worse! :) good luck!
  • I would call your doc and run your symptoms by the nurses. It sounds almost like it could be a urinary tract infection, in the early stages.
  • I had similar symptoms a few weeks ago, and it wound up being a yeast infection.  Never hurts to ask the doctor, so I'd make the phone call.
