Progesterone in oil bleeding

Does this save pregnancy? I had brown spotting spractically and then it discharged more with brown. Then after changing liner a bit of red now blood. I called my re he said keep doing what I'm doing unless I full flow bleed. If I start full flowing does pio save this?

PCO & MTHFR Homozygous/Severe MFI (undescended teste & double hernia as baby)

12/12: 50mg clomid= bfn
1/13: 100mg clomid= bfn
2/13: 100mg clomid= bfn 
6/13: IVF/ICSI (x1 4AA)=BFFN ~49R, 44M, 33F, 14 frosties  OHSS
8/13: FET #1 (x1 4AA)=First EVER BFP 4dp5dt!! d&c @ 6.5 wks, blighted ovum
10/13: FET #2 (x2 4AA)= BFP 4dp5dt! Twins!!, perfect u/s then spontaneous m/c @ 5 wks
11/13= RPL/Karotyping= MTHFR Homozygous c667t
1/14= FET #3 our 2 year anniversary & hopefully our miracle

    Nothing not even pio can stop bleeding or a m/c if its going to happen. Also sometimes bleeding is from an SCH.

    I did not bleed on the pio, but I do not think it would save it.  But its not over yet!  Try to relax andlay down and think postively.  And try to see the dr tomorrow so you will feel better.  Are you on the pio now?  Because if you are on the vaginal suppositories that can cause the bleeding too.
