Pregnancy Dreams.

I haven't noticed this topic discussed lately and I have been having a recurring prego nightmare where; I have to go in for a C-section and during the surgery they find a second baby in my abdomen. I know the odds of that happening are like 1 in 1,000,000, but the recurrence of the dream, some weird feelings in my stomach, and that my husband had the same dream a few nights back has me kinda worried. 

I know it is just hormones, but it has me freaked. (I have had twins before and I lost a set of twins).... Is anyone else having realistic dreams that have them worried about something?
